One Stop Services - Terms and Conditions

By using our services or buying our products you agree to the following terms and conditions presented on this page. Any changes to our terms and conditions will be updated here.

  1. When coating any walls, window and ceilings, there is a chance the masking tape used may pull, paint, film, emulsion and gloss of the surface when demasking. Unfortunately, this is a potential drawback when using masking tape, but there are no alternatives available when trying to prevent overspray, so please bear this in mind.
  2. If we have priced a job on a total price, this will include paint, tape, filler, Sandpaper, thinners, paper; this will also include two members of staff and all machinery. If the job can not be completed for any reason due to the job not being finalised right by our client, the full invoice will become due. There will see no reduction due to poor organisation by our client.
  3. We can not guarantee our paint which has been sprayed onto silicone due to this cracking, so what we would recommend is to re-silicone once all work is completed.
  4. We receive a purchase order number, and if this is cancelled at a later date, there will be a 50% charge of the full invoice amount. If the job has started, then the complete 100% will be due.
  5. All RAL colours are the customer's responsibility and should be provided before a job takes place; we will advise on this if needed.
  6. Access is the responsibility of the customer unless discussed with us at the time of your Quote.
  7. All paint supplied by us will belong to us until full payment has been made. If payment is not received, we have the right to remove all coatings applied.
  8. Our Guarantee will be sent out once total payment has been made and cleared into our business account. There will also be terms to the Guarantee when issued. Once all work is completed and paid in full, your warranty will be sent. Please ask about the terms of your Guarantee before work has started.
  9. We can only Guarantee our paint. We can NOT put guarantees on paint that is not removed before we start to apply OUR paint. Please ask about prices to remove old paint when quoted.
  10. Our Guarantee is for 25 years on commercial and industrial and 5 years on all domestic properties. Guarantee: you need to have your spray works washed down or cleaned every 12 MONTHS; otherwise, the warranty will be invalid.
  11. Our Health & Safety policy documents are available at the customer's request; all risk assessments and method statements are supplied in return with all purchase order numbers.
  12. All our operatives are comprehensively insured under our Public & Employers Liability Insurance Policy OF 10 million. All claims must be made in writing and addressed to our Head Office within 48 hours after the liability has arisen. Your responsibility is to ensure our Head Office receives your letter and obtain a reference number from us relating to your complaint/claim. If any complaint is proven NOT to result from our operatives, we reserve the right to charge a call-out charge of £275.00+VAT to cover expenses and time lost.
  13. We collect data from our customer's Name, Address, Telephone Numbers and Email Address. This information is strictly for the use of our company and to assist in carrying out our services. At no time will your data ever be sold or passed on to 3rd party users. We respect our customer's privacy; this information is kept in line with data protection regulations at all time.
  14. All representative of our company will remain polite, courteous, reliable, and professional at all times; however, any company representative fails to adhere to this code of conduct. You must report this immediately to us in a letter detailing what happened. This, in turn, will be investigated internally. We will write to you describing the outcome of their investigation. If we quote a job throughout the winter or summer months, this may change due to the time of year.
  15. The customer's responsibility is to make sure there is parking for our vans when booked for work. If this is not the case when the vans turn up on-site, there will be a day rate of £550.00 plus 20% VAT. Night Rate £750.00 plus VAT Our vans need to be close by due to paint being mixed up.
  16. Onto site to complete works and for any reason we can not work due to other workman scaffold or any other issues we reserve the right to charge a day rate to cover time lost, the total cost will be £550 plus VAT at 20% per day. The day rate may change depending on the contract Night Rate £750.00 PLUS VAT.
  17. Our day rate comprises an 8-hour shift (this includes an hours lunch break), but if our staff decide to defer their lunch break and work through their lunch break, they will leave an hour earlier as they have postponed their lunch break end of the shift.
  18. If we are on-site under a day rate and all work isn't completed, the client does not allow the time scale to complete tasks. The total price invoiced will still need to be paid under the day rate terms and conditions as your paying for labour and will have a day works sheet signed each day. We will always advise how long they believe a job should take to complete. Any works carried out by us on a PRICE Contract.
  19. If we are on-site under a day rate and cannot work due to the weather conditions, a full day rate charge of £550.00 PLUS 20% VAT will still apply. Priced contracts (IE) NOT A DAY RATE) ANY OUTDOOR WORK WHERE THE WEATHER STOPS US FROM DOING THE JOB WE ARE ON-SITE TO DO. We will contact your office to let you know that we will not be on-site if it (RAINING, BELOW 5C, SNOW,) If your company still wants us ON-SITE AND WE CAN NOT WORK A FULL DAY RATE OF £550.00 PLUS 20% VAT WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR INVOICE FOR THE LOST DAY. IF THIS IS A NIGHT RATE, THEN IT WILL BE £750.00.
  20. Please make your site managers aware of signing any sign off sheets before checking all works, and he/she are 100% happy with the result. If work has already been snagged and signed off, there will be a charge if re-snagged this is due to other workman damaging our work. Full payment will be liable once our sign off sheet is complete.
  21. If we complete any spraying works and for any reason, it's not to your satisfaction, please inform our head office within 48 hours. If you do not contact us within this time, we will assume you are 100% happy with all the work carried out.
  22. Any late payments will incur a £10.00 Plus 20% VAT per day penalty fee unless you have agreed to longer terms with our accounts department. This will cover the time spent chasing your account. If you go back to your Quote, the link to all terms & conditions is written in bold. We will not take responsibility for works if the QS or contact manager does not sign the timesheets at the end of the day or job. If they are not on-site to sign our sheets, we will assume they are 100% happy with all the work that has been completed.
  23. Timesheets for day rate - or sign off sheets for completed works will be provided on all work completed.
  24. We do not take anyone else's terms on payments when you require Credit; if you need more than 14 days, please contact us so a credit check can take place.
  25. 10% friends and family discount, which is on your quotation when priced, we have the right to remove this 10% discount if payment is not made on invoice due date.
  26. Overspray, we will not be held responsible for any overspray travelling during spraying works. We will mask up everything that is not getting sprayed. We will do everything to stop this from happening and take Zero liability if this occurs.
